WeAreChangeLA brought the 9-11 Truth message to the Anti-War march in Los Angeles in a HUGE way. We brought our four massive 2-sided blue banners. These babies are so big, it takes five of us to carry one. We showed up early and it paid off, because we got a good spot up front.Right off the bat, a young representative from the local chapter of ANSWER, the group that organized this Anti-War demonstration, approached us and told us that we would have to take our banners to the back of the march. Bruno Bruhwiler from WeAreChangeLA immediately confronted him about trying to kick us to the back of the bus. The young man said that ANSWER has the permit for the march, and they can tell us what to do. Bruno reminded him that they do not have a permit to trespass on our Freedom of Speech, and went on to advise the young man to go back and tell his team that they do not want to incur the liability for trespassing on our First Amendment Rights. He walked away after warning us that we would have to deal with the Police.

It wasnt long before he came back with four more gentlemen, one of whom began barking at us about a mish mash of reasons why we had to go to the back of the march, and Bruno explained to him why we did not. “Was I done talking?! Dont interrupt me! I am not done talking,” the agitated man barked. Bruno says. “We dont really want to hear what you have to say.” One of the gentleman said to us that our message is not conducive to the message of the march, so Bruno asked them all “What reason did Obama give for the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen?” “We dont want to have a conversation about this.” “The reason he gave was because of 9-11! Our message is THE anti-war message. There is no message that is more important to the anti-war movement than 9-11 Truth.” You could see what looked almost like shame on their faces, as they had nothing to say in dispute.

Bruno alerts them, “I need to see IDs from everyone. As far as we know you could be anybody off the sidewalk. How do we know you are actually the organizers?” They refused to show IDs, and instead began stating their names, one of which is Jim Lafferty. “Jim Lafferty!” exclaims Bruno with a smile. Jim Lafferty is the president of the Lawyers Guild in Los Angeles, and also one of the primary aholes at the local radio station, KPFK, who has been instrumental in pushing 9-11 Truth out of the programming over the past couple of years. “Jim, are you prepared to incur the liability for trespassing on our First Amendment Rights, today?” Jim had absolutely nothing to say, and began taking steps back and turning away. That left 2 gentleman with us, one of whom was quite level headed. The other seemed no older than 20, wearing an orange vest, who apparently was the head of security. He said to Bruno something along lines of “We are not violating your rights, this is our march.” Bruno corrected him, “Just by talking only to us, and not everyone else here today, you violated our Constitutional rights because you picked us out for our message.” “Well, you will have to deal with the police,” he says to us. “Great! Send them over. We talk to the police all the time. We love them, and they love us.” Needless to say, not one police officer confronted us the whole day.

Watch the YouTube video, and you will see that our participation in the march was an extreme success. Nelson Martias made a genius move by having a table at the beginning of the march where he handed out 911 Truth signs, and stapled them to sticks, back to back. He even stapled the signs to the sticks of other signs, so folks who came with one group or another, added 9-11 Truth to their message. Throughout the march, everywhere we looked, we saw people carrying those 9-11 Truth signs! We also passed out all of our brochures and cards from ae911truth.org. Those went really fast. Folks love ‘em.

One final note, Cheryl Gaskill came up with the message, “9-11: What you dont know is killing people” a couple of years ago at our brainstorming meeting for the banners. It turned out to be a very humble but effective message for outreach. We get lots of compliments for that one.

Cynthia McKinney: Member of the US House of Representatives for 12 years and now a global campaigner for
many causes including Palestine. Cynthia was targeted for removal from the US Congress
after asking what the White House knew about 9/11 and when they knew it. Last year she
was snatched by Israel from a ship trying to lift the blockade of Gaza and held illegally for a
week.

Dr Nafeez Ahmed: UK based terrorism expert. He has questioned some of the key tenets of Bush’s “War on
Terror”, a posture which has continued in all but name under the new administration. He is
the author on The London Bombings and The War on Truth.

Good news for UK human rights, peace movement, greens and 9/11 activists. Cynthia McKinney, for many years a congressional representative from Atlanta Georgia, and most recently US Green Party candidate for president, will be addressing a parliamentary meeting and later a public meeting on March 8 (International Women’s Day) at London University’s prestigious School of African and Oriental Studies.

The meetings have been organised by Reinvestigate 911 but Cynthia will be heard by people active in many campaigns. For many years Cynthia used her seat in Congress to give a platform to many disadvantaged groups, but in the end the Washington oligarchy was able to remove her. A vicious media campaign, lack of support from the Democratic leadership, massive funding of her local opponents and a well organised Republican crossover vote saw her removed in a primary in her Georgia constituency.

As well as supporting the rights of women, native Americans and others at home, Cynthia is a supporter of the Palestinian cause and risked her life on a boat that tried to lift the blockade of Gaza last year. She was arrested and held incommunicado in Israel for nearly a week.

Like the US Green Party, the UK Green Party, Reinvestigate 911 and most sensible 9/11 sceptics, Cynthia does not claim to know exactly how the 9/11 attacks really happened or exactly who was behind them – just that the event has gravely suspicious features, fitted in perfectly with the pre-existing neocon plans to seize Iraq, and that a real investigation has never been mounted. Cynthia was the only
representative to ask public questions in Congress about the Pentagon’s “anti-hijack exercise” that was running at the time the 9/11 attacks took place.

Other speakers include Nafeez Ahmed a terrorism expert who has investigated the links between the CIA and “Al Qaeda”.

In addition organisers are planning a slideshow and videos including leading French humorist Jean-Marie Bigard making fun of the official 9/11 story. There will also be a surprise speech by The Queen. (It’s on a rather fuzzy video but it’s been reliably authenticated by the CIA and their friends over at the BBC Conspiracy Files) .

To underscore the recent milestone achieved by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth having recently signed their 1000th member, WAC London and London Truth Action attended IET (engineers) and RIBA (architects) annual dinners.

On the 4th of February, activists attended the IET annual dinner at the Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane, handing out AE flyers and engaging in conversation with the guests outside the venue. A few remembered us from last year. Some had watched the DVD and many supported the idea there was something very wrong with the official line on 9/11.

On the 11th of the month, half a dozen WAC and LTA members took to the street outside the annual Royal Gold Medal & Fellowships dinner. As with the engineers, many were interested to hear our views and many had already come across some of the information. There were surprise appearances from chief engineer of the World Trade Center Leslie Robertson (seen leaving here right. Steven Jones debate) and a former president of RIBA, who took a leaflet.

The former president of RIBA told activists he knows about AE911 and has seen a film about it. He pretty much agrees with them and said that too many things don’t add up, like bits of the buildings hurling into surrounding buildings, and just overall how the buildings collapsed, and that to him it was quite obvious that the official explanation doesn’t explain much. He was asked about signing the petition, and he said ‘yes, maybe I will’.

Around 40 people made it to Grosvenor Square and braved the freezing temperatures to hear speakers including journalist Andy Worthington, Chloe Davies from human rights organisation Reprieve and Jean Lambert Green MEP.

The second action of the day took place outside BBC Television Centre. Around a dozen activists turned up to ensure that every single employee entering and exiting the BBC headquarters received information detailing the overwhelming need for a new independent investigation into the events of 9/11 – those that engaged in conversation with us were supportive.

Monday November 2: Public Meeting in London, Private Meeting in House of Commons

Please contact your MP to press them to attend the meeting, see below. The list of speakers is the same for both meetings (with video and audio from several others).

SCOTT FORBES is a British victim of the 9/11 attacks. Scott had the trauma of seeing many colleagues die as the Twin Towers collapsed opposite his New York flat. He was off work after attending to a power down the weekend before the disaster. Workers were recabling the building. The media and the 9/11 Commission have refused to investigate what was going on. Scott is not making allegations, he just wants to know the truth.

NIELS HARRIT is an expert on nanotechnology. His suspicions were aroused when he saw the rapid symmetrical collapse of Building 7, which took place hours after the attacks took place. The media announced the collapse before it happened but it took Bush’s scientists years to offer any sort of explanation. They have admitted the collapse was at free fall speed. Niels has analysed dust samples from the site and found some bizarre high energy particles which seem to be artifical.

IAN HENSHALL is the author of 911 The New Evidence. He is suspicious of the paper trail: warnings ignored, FBI investigations blocked prior to 9/11 and a series of “exercises” including a “hijack exercise” taking place on the day of the attacks.

MPs are increasingly taking an interest in the holes and inconsistencies of the official 9/11 story. PLEASE CALL YOUR MP as a constituent to draw their attention to the invitation they have received. Phone the House of Commons on 0207 219 3000 and ask to be put through or better still ask for a meeting. Alternatively fax them by going to www.writetothem.com Please remember that for people in the establishment the idea that the 9/11 official story is false is hard to accept, especially during a hurried conversation. All you may have time for is to explain that the 911 Commission is discredited and no solid evidence has been produced to cover many aspects of the official story. Beyond that, we advise you not to try to argue with them. We will send a free copy of 911 The New Evidence to any MP or assistant promising to read it. Please make sure to email us with their reaction, particularly if they are at all sympathetic.

The ad is due to run in the Independent, the UK’s most serious newspaper, read by MPs and others in the elite. These people have the greatest difficulty accepting that 9/11 was most likely some sort of an inside job, so we have been careful not to go an inch beyond the provable facts.
